We all know that if you want to lose weight there are thing that you need to cut out of your diet. These are a list of foods that many of us really enjoy, but make us packing on the pounds. This is just my list of the No-No . With the add bonus of some great Yes foods!
No-No
Bread/Grains/Pasta
Unless they are whole wheat they need to go! Even then I would cut them way back.
Sugar
More than just the candy, we are talking drinks, snacks and anything with unnatural sugar.
*Sugar is addicting (Period). It's hard to cut out sugar, you are going to be very unhappy at first and your body is going to crave it. Be ready for the craving with healthy snacks like, trail mix, dried berries, snack bar like Cliff.

Prune Juice
It's a great way to clean out for body. I like to think of it as a detox. I use it every two weeks.
Veggie
Eat them to your heart content! These are the safe food you want to stuff yourself with.

Green Tea
Bottoms up, this is a great drink for weight loss.
Meat
Lean no skin/fat and stay away from pork.
